Hello! We had a full house for our first meeting of the year, including our two newest babes of the group (Adrienne’s and Amelia’s little ones). A good thing too! We gifted them with a quilted alphabet book with letter pages made by various members.
Are you going to QuiltCon? Get in touch with other East Bay Modern Quilters while there! Details to be determined.
Pati updated us on the plans for a sewing retreat at Walker Ranch in March and September. Members, if you want more info please check the google group or contact us here and we’ll be in touch!
There are many local events to look forward to!

Amish: The Modern Muse, Part II at the San Jose Museum of Quilts and Textiles. Due to unforeseen circumstances with city plumbing, the opening of Part Two was delayed. All is fixed now and the show is open. Please join us on March 1st for an informal goodbye and take down party! We will keep you posted as the date nears.
February 14 – May 17
